It's tempting to just stay in bed this weekend—thanks to the weather—but a lot of celebrity-focused events are happening this weekend.

As the country continues to reopen, live music concerts and fanmeets are among the events that are starting to come back—and honestly, we missed going to those.

Below, we listed down some events you might be interested in for some good music.

Aug. 5-7: Sunset Sessions at Ayala Malls (Circuit)

Unwind the rest of your weekend to soulful performances by up-and-rising musicians at The Deck and Roof Deck of the Ayala Malls Circuit.

Live performances by Angelo Gerard (Aug. 5), Ghen Pondoc (Aug. 6), and Gerald Aldave (Aug. 7) will be staged at The Deck, while another set of musicians, namely Zach Kuribu (Aug. 5), Reu Ravanera (Aug. 6), and Janmark Samarita (Aug. 7) will perform at The Roof Deck.

August 6: Town Nights at Alabang Town Center

People in the south, get a chance to hear the angelic voice of OPM singer-songwriter Paolo Sandejas at his first-ever solo mall show at the Town Plaza on August 6, 6 p.m.

The Dad Jeans singer will give fans an exclusive official music video premiere for his 2020 hit song Sorry. There will also be official merchandise for sale during the event.

Interested fans can score a seat by presenting a minimum P1,000 receipt at any ATC store dated July 30 to August 6 at the concierge.

Sandejas made headlines last month when K-pop icon BTS’ V jammed to Sorry in a vlog posted on the official YouTube channel of the world-renowned South Korean boy group.

August 6: Cha Eun-woo’s Fanmeet

Filipino AROHAs can hop on a Starry Caravan in Manila as ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo will have a fan meeting at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on August 6.

This first-come, first-serve event is good news for Smart prepaid subscribers as they can secure tickets using their GigaLife app points and by subscribing to promos.

Fans can join by clicking redeem rewards, followed by Cha Eun-woo tickets, where a pop-up will ask to confirm. Note that a specific number of points will correspond to each ticket. 6,000 points are equivalent to two VIP tickets, while 3,000 points and 1,500 points are equivalent to two Upper Box and two Box Orange tickets, respectively.

Successful subscribers will receive an SMS notification, which they need to show to claim tickets at Gallery Mall.

August 6: Super Junior World Tour

ELF’s have most likely already secured seats to the August 6 concert of Super Junior.

The tour titled 'Super Junior World Tour - Super Show 9: Road in Manila' will begin at 5 p.m. this Saturday at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Tickets range from P3,500 for Gen Ad B to P12,000 to Super Standing E/L/F.

However, member Choi Siwon will skip tomorrow’s concert after he tested positive for COVID-19 following an announcement made through the South Korean boy group’s Twitter page.
