Netflix’s ‘Arcane’ reveals posters and casts for the upcoming League of Legends animated series
Netflix and Riot Games have revealed eight posters and its voice casts for the upcoming League of Legends animated series, Arcane.
Aside from Jinx and VI who were featured in the trailer posted in June 2021, the posters featured other champions or characters from League of Legends. Netflix also revealed the casts who will voice the characters for the upcoming series.
The plot revolves around the dark origin of the two iconic characters, Jinx and VI, and the power that will tear the sisters apart. The series will be set in the utopian region of Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun.
Netflix unveiled the voice casts for the characters along with the poster reveal. The voice casts are well-known actors and actresses from different iconic TV series and movies.

There’s no official release date for Arcane yet, but many are expecting for it to be released before the year ends, barring unforeseen delays brought by the pandemic.
Arcane is not the only animated adaptation in Netflix that is based on a popular MOBA game. Its competitor, Dota, also released an animated series on Netflix named Dota: Dragon’s Blood in March 2021.
