WATCH: Hong Kong Disneyland to bring life to its 'World of Frozen' park this November
Hong Kong Disneyland is bound to open the gates to the world’s only Frozen-themed attraction for the first time in forever!
The famed theme park, based in Lantau Island in Hong Kong, has announced that it is set to launch the attraction, dubbed "World of Frozen," on Nov. 20.
It is the first and largest Frozen-themed park where you can expect an immersive experience, seeing firsthand the magic in the living land of Arendelle.
Hong Kong Tourism Board on Sept. 12 shared a teaser of what to watch out for in the much-awaited attraction, including the film's scenic locations and lovable characters like Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Oaken.
The fun-filled attraction features the "Frozen Ever After" where you can step inside Elsa's grand Ice Palace. There's also Arendelle's high "North Mountain" and the "Friendship Mountain" where Elsa used her magical powers to freeze its water into beautiful snowflake ornamentations.
More of the World of Frozen's signature spots include the "Arendelle Castle" or the home of the royal family, the "Bay of Arendelle," where Anna met Prince Hans, and the "Clock Tower" where she danced with him.
Characters will be brought to life through Disney's Audio-Animatronics figures which, the company says, resemble Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff with "amazing realism."
If you're heading to Hong Kong Disneyland's World of Frozen on its opening day, you can make the most out of the experience by wearing your best Frozen-themed attires as you enjoy the park's cuisine and souvenir shops which are rich in Nordic history and culture.
Not only that, you can maximize the Arendelle experience by staying in the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort where you can get the chance to be treated to a World of Frozen” in-room celebration for a starting price of US$ 75.35 (P4,300) via Klook.
