Joseph's

The popular Laperal White House that's been the center of Halloween stories both by locals and tourists alike just had a fresh makeover—it is now an upscale restaurant that serves continental and contemporary French cuisine.
Joseph's has a variety of well-concocted dishes that food and wine connoisseurs will surely appreciate.
Built in the 1930's with it's Victorian architecture, it was purchased by Filipino-Chinese business tycoon Lucio Tan in 2007 and opened the Bamboo Foundation museum in 2013.
Many believed the house is haunted. But haunted or not, people are flocking to taste and see for themselves. It's a great idea for a vintage-vibe romantic date.
They are open Wednesdays to Mondays and closed every Tuesday. Lunch service if from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., while dinner is from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Can't miss this spot since they are near the children's playground at Burnham Park. Chimichanga is a Tex-Mex restaurant and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pinoy dishes are available, too.
The vibe is casual, al-freso dining is available and ideal for big groups since they have a really wide, fun and kaleidoscopic dining area. An appreciation wall clad with post-its by satisfied customers makes for an interesting uncovering too.
Raquel's Cuisine by Forest House

Imagine dining with a breathtaking foggy mountain view in the background—this is one of the reasons people come back for the food that Raquel's Cuisine offers. Their bestsellers are the Baby Back Ribs, Bagnet Specials, and the Salads that are fresh from the trading post of La Trinidad.
Dine-in reservations are required and they are open from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m.
Cucinino

If you're a certified pasta lover, this is the place to go when in Baguio. A dainty cafe that serves great Italian dishes and handcrafted coffee, Cucinino gives off that coffee shop vibes, a place to hang out where one can just chill or have a good conversation with a friend or a date. What's surprising is that the quality of the food is not equal to the price. It's very affordable and their pasta is consistent as far as taste, flavor, and portions are concerned.
Upon entering the cafe, you can smell the aroma of good coffee being prepared and it's a favorite go-to place for locals too.
The Rockyvalley

The Rockyvalley has a magnificent view of the majestic mountains of Benguet plus Loakan Airport's runway. They paid attention to details too—from the interiors that are uniquely Cordilleran—it is surrounded by a thick foliage of greens, a rather wide parking space—to their friendly and attentive waitstaff and down to the unpretentious and fresh food. It was magnifico! It's a total package of what great cafes are made of. Don’t miss this Baguio gem.
Hatch Coffee

There's a good reason why Hatch Coffee is called a not-so-secret coffee shop in Baguio. Though it's not hard to locate, it's inside a subdivision on the outskirts of the city.
A pretty garden of a coffee aficionado who opened their home so locals can enjoy their good cup of joe and grilled cheese sandwiches has become popular with tourists as well because of their good reviews. What's exciting about Hatch is that they have a daily secret menu that is worth discovering.
They are pet-friendly and expect to be welcomed by Hopia, a Frenchie who is one of the owners. Open daily from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Seollem Cafe

An Instagram-worthy cafe with its unique K-drama concept, Seollem Cafe hits the spot for K-drama fans not only in Baguio but mostly for tourists.
