Prepare your highball glasses because we're celebrating World Gin Day this June 12!
From World Iced Tea Day to International Burger Day, the world has created too many "days" specifically devoted to the most random things. But no matter who or why they made it up, we'll take any reason to celebrate with a drink in hand.
As we celebrate one of the most well-loved liquors in the world, it's time to shake things up a bit and leave your gin & tonic at rest (for now). Below, check out a few gin cocktail recipes we found from brands that we love: Hendrick's, Santa Ana Gin, and Aviation Gin.

Kissed by a Rose
Ingredients:
- 1 part (45ml) Hendrick’s Gin
- 20ml Jasmine tea syrup (Steep 40g Jasmine tea leaves in 1L of boiling water, strain and add white sugar to taste. Mix until incorporated)
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Rosewater
- 8 pcs of Fresh mint sprigs
- 3 slices of Fresh cucumber
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice, shake and strain and pour into a coupe glass
- Garnish with cucumber slices and mint sprigs

Rose Tinted Glasses
Ingredients:
- 1 part (45ml) Hendrick’s Gin
- 30ml Grapefruit juice
- 15ml Rose syrup
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 45 ml Soda water/sparkling rose wine
- 3 slices of Fresh cucumber
- 1 grapefruit peel
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients in a highball glass. Add ice and stir until combined
- Garnish with cucumber slices and grapefruit peel

Santa Ana Pomelo Spritz
Ingredients:
- 30ml Santa Ana Gin
- 10ml Agave syrup
- 45ml Pomelo juice
- 45ml Soda water
- Dehydrated grapefruit slice for garnish
Procedure:
- Pour Santa Ana Gin, agave syrup, and pomelo juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and short shake to combine.
- Strain into rocks filled burgundy glass, top with soda water.
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice.

Santa Ana French 75
Ingredients:
- 45ml Santa Ana Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Simple syrup/honey
- Champagne
- Lemon twist for garnish
Procedure:
- Pour Santa Ana Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup/honey into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for 15-20 seconds.
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute.
- Top with champagne, garnish with a lemon twist.

Orange Earl of Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Aviation Gin (Infused with Earl Grey Tea)
- 0.5 oz Bailey's
- 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- Orange Slice & Cinnamon Stick Garnish
Procedure:
- Combine all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into glass.
- Garnish with orange slice and cinnamon stick
