The Café at Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams
The Café, a buffet and interactive show-kitchen of Hyatt Regency Manila at City of Dreams, is offering two dinner buffets on New Year’s Eve. You may choose to dine in from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. for only P3,100 net or dine from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. for P3,999 net to enjoy alternating performances from Alley Cats Band and a DJ starting at 9:30 p.m. until the countdown to 2025 at midnight.
You will also enjoy an extended service from the pastry and dessert buffet station in addition to unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages which are available from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The dinner will have a wide selection of Italian, Japanese, and Korean cuisines. Some dishes you can look forward to are the Steamship, Tuna and Salmon Sashimi, and Roasted Peking Duck. There are also crowd favorites like Crispy Pata, Porchetta, and seafood choices such as slipper lobsters and curacha, among others.
