A park system like no other
Filinvest City has invested in its meticulously planned park system since the beginning, setting the township apart from other properties. It is the only township development in the Philippines with a comprehensive, interconnected park system. Ubaldo expounded, “Park system holds special significance to us, because having been integrated to Filinvest City's masterplan long before outdoor spaces became a trend. We are committed to caring for and preserving the vibrant breathing city we have created, continually developing and expanding open spaces like the upcoming Creekside Park to ensure a thriving community for all.”

Filinvest City’s latest addition to its park system is Creekside Park, which will be located in the Spectrum District, surrounding the Alabang River. “We’re excited for the commencement of the construction of Creekside Park as this park will complete our park system that was intentionally part of our masterplan,” said Ubaldo.
Construction of the park began this month and once completed, it will provide residents and visitors with recreational spaces, sitting areas, public art, and serene views of the river. Another highlight of Creekside Park is its designation as a bird sanctuary, hosting 25 documented bird species, further enhancing the city’s biodiversity.
For better accessibility, Creekside Park will be connected to River Park via the Corporate Avenue underpass, creating a walkable space that links Filinvest City’s Spectrum District to its City Center, Festival Mall.
