IKEA sells pillow that can turn into a cozy quilt for those ‘do not disturb’ days

We all have our off days. And when that does happen, it doesn't hurt to want to crawl into a huge blanket and disappear sometimes.

In case you've been looking for that ideal “do not disturb” buddy, IKEA US has rolled out the FÄLTMAL, a seemingly-nondescript pillow that can actually turn into a giant puffy quilt that you can wear at home or even outside – depending on your IDGAF level.

The FÄLTMAL is similar to the sleeping bags used during camping trips, but with physical distance still a must, IKEA wants you to know that it's perfectly fine to use while you're lounging at home.

"A cushion/quilt that keeps you warm and comfy when traveling, relaxing in the hammock or cuddling up in the sofa. The genius, button fastening keeps it from sliding off when you reach for your coffee," its product description reads.

As for its build, the navy green pillow is encased with a neon orange zipper that you can quickly unzip and watch as it unfurls into a large body quilt with oversized sleeves that you likely use your arms as pillows. The 75x47" body blanket also reaches the floor to cover your feet.

The product is available on the IKEA US website for $34.99, or around P1,700, but delivery is unavailable for the country right now. With the largest IKEA store in the world coming to the Philippines though, the possibilities are endless for what we can get from the Swedish home store soon enough.
