Paraoir Man Made Forest, La Union - My Amanda (2021)
When Fuffy (Piolo Pascual) and Fream (Alessandra De Rossi) blasted Through the Fire on the radio and sang along with Chaka Khan during their road trip, did you notice that they passed through a road lined with a canopy of trees?
The scene in My Amanda took place in the Paraoir Man Made Forest that stretches along the Bacnotan-Luna-Balaoan Road, La Union. The towering canopy creates a green tunnel that attracts many tourists. You can't help but want to stop and take a selfie here.
Other filming locations for My Amanda around La Union include Thunderbird Resort Poro Point, San Fernando City and the surfing areas in San Juan.
Canyon Woods, Batangas - Dito at Doon (2021)
The film Dito at Doon starring Janine Gutierrez and JC Santos was shot in Canyon Woods, a residential lodge in Batangas that offers privacy and seclusion with a scenic view of Taal Lake.
The ‘quaran-fling’ movie was shot in December 2020 mainly in Batangas and Tagaytay, during the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) where characters Len (Gutierrez) and Caloy (Santos) stayed indoors most of the time.

Holy Family Parish, Quezon City - More than Blue (2021)
Remember the dreamy scene of K (JC Santos) and Cream (Yassi Pressman) in the Filipino adaptation of the 2009 South Korean blockbuster hit, More than Blue?
It was filmed at the Holy Family Parish located at Madresilva Street corner Lilac Street in Roxas District, Quezon City.
As Metro Manila is under Alert Level 1, the church holds masses that can both be attended physically and virtually. But if you wish to visit on a Sunday, invite your family and friends and start your day by attending the mass at 7 a.m.
Misibis Bay - Ikaw (2021)
Life at the beach is always the best and sometimes most romantic, as seen in Dee (Janine Gutierrez) and Edong’s (Pepe Herrera) alone time amidst coconut plantations and beaches in Sorsogon and Albay in the Bicol region.
Many scenes in Ikaw were filmed in Misibis Bay at Cagraray, Albay, which exhibited the beauty of nature and its people.
Lake Danao National Park, Leyte - Three Words to Forever (2018)
Remember the 2018 film Three Words To Forever where Tin (Kathryn Bernardo) took a photo of her parents, Rick (Richard Gomez) and Cristy (Sharon Cuneta-Pangilinan) with the beautiful scenery of Lake Danao National Park in Ormoc, Leyte as their background?
To get the best view of the lake, tourists are encouraged to rent a house boat or a rowing boat in the area. There is also a viewing deck perfect for bonding with the whole family.
The movie also shot scenes around Palompon and Kalanggaman Island in Leyte.
