4 easy ways to brew coffee at home
Almost every coffee-holic, now working from home, has learned to be her own barista.
Sticking to one brewing method, however, can eventually become a chore — so, why not step things up and explore different ways of enjoying the process? Pointing out the best technique is no mean feat, but one thing’s for sure: Each yields a magical result, kicking in incredibly for a much-needed productivity boost.
Just in time for Happy International Coffee Day, LANG Coffee Co. launched its new website that offers everything coffee: From home brewing equipment to beans, pods, mugs, and beyond. The up-and-coming brand's list of products below shows how one can experiment with her creative coffeemaking process!
Pour-over method
Also known as the drip method, this can be done by pouring hot water over ground coffee beans in a filter made of paper, metal, or plastic mesh.
AeroPress
The AeroPress makes for an exciting brewing process as it requires pressure for it to be enjoyed. Just steep it for a few minutes, and then use pressure to push it through the coffee grounds. “This is ideal for any coffee lover looking for a rich and smooth cup of coffee without acidity or bitterness,” it says on Lang Coffee Co.’s website.
French press
This process involves adding hot water in a pot of coarsely ground coffee, and then steeping it for a few minutes. After that, slowly push down the plunger for a delicious and aromatic cup of coffee.
Stove-top espresso
Steam pressure is used by a moka pot in pushing water through coffee grinds, resulting in a strong flavor that can substitute for espresso.
