Jennifer Lopez is selling her Bel Air mansion for $42.5 million—here's what's inside

Shortly after tying the knot with actor Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez is looking for someone to buy her mansion for a whopping price of $42.5 million (P2 billion).

The California compound is located at the prestigious Bel Air, a neighborhood in Los Angeles where many of Hollywood's elite stars take up residence.

Jennifer's mansion, in particular, is designed by renowned architect Samuel Marx to resemble a multi-structure French Country refuge. The house is made of stone and wood materials to match the natural landscapes surrounding the eight-acre property.

Listed on Carolwood Estates, a boutique brokerage based in Beverly Hills, the mansion contains nine sleeping quarters and twelve and a half bathrooms. Its main level has a living room with high ceilings, a fireplace, and a large kitchen with a built-in breakfast bar.

Upstairs, the mansion also holds its very own gym, complete with all sorts of workout equipment that can surely motivate you to put on your sweatpants and start burning some calories.

If you want to host movie nights, whether it's by yourself, with a special someone, or with a group of friends, the 14,000-square-foot estate boasts an indoor movie theater with an exquisite design that can seat up to 30 people. Some posters of Jennifer and Ben's movies could also be seen hanging on the walls.

The outside grounds are also perfect if you want to hold large parties as you are granted access to an impressive three-sided infinity edge pool, an amphitheater that can seat 100 guests, and an outdoor fire pit.

The mansion is teeming with a wide variety of plants and towering trees, and it even has an organic vegetable garden as well as a private lake with a sandy beach, making it a heavenly residence for those who want to be at one with nature's wonders.

Jennifer's husband Ben is also not short of any lavish properties. The couple celebrated their second wedding at Ben's gorgeous mansion in Georgia that he first bought for $7.1 million in 2003.

The estate overlooks the the 26-mile-long North Newport River on the private Hampton Island. It is also surrounded by breathtaking nature that is home to hundreds of specied of wildlife.
