As the list is based on the responses of TasteAtlas audiences, there may be people who have not tried Bibingka yet.
Bibingka is a baked rice cake made of fermented sticky rice, coconut milk, water, and sugar. It is baked on a banana leaf and is best enjoyed with melted butter and grated coconut. It has since been a Simbang Gabi or a Misa de Gallo delicacy for Filipinos.
Last June 3, the Philippines also placed 19th in TasteAtlas’s list of 50 best cuisines worldwide.
