UP Diliman Acad Oval is reopening to joggers, bikers, and visitors on Nov. 15

The University of the Philippines Diliman is reopening the Academic Oval to people of all ages regardless of vaccination status on Nov. 15.

The Acad Oval will be open from 4 AM to 9 AM and from 4 PM to 9 PM to joggers, walkers, bikers, and families or groups of ten people or less.

Visitors must wear face masks at all times and observe minimum health protocols, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs reminded on Facebook.

Those who are looking to jog or bike along the oval must follow counterclockwise directions. Some areas are also off limits to bikers such as University Avenue, Jacinto, Lakandula, Quirino, Ma. Guerrero, Laurel Avenue, Balagtas, Magsasay Avenue, residential areas, and Areas 1, 2, and 3.

Meanwhile, those who will use the open spaces along University Avenue, Sunken Garden, and PAUW are encouraged to take their trash as they go.
