Don't miss out! Here's your chance to be a Fulbright scholar and pursue studies in the US
For those who are dreaming of an international academic journey, Fulbright Philippines is now accepting applications for its foreign student program for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The educational foundation announced on Facebook that it is offering scholarships for Filipino students who wish to study at the graduate level such as master’s or doctoral studies, or pursue non-degree doctoral dissertation research in the United States under its Fulbright Foreign Student Program (FFSP).
According to its website, the FFSP will cover "a maximum of one academic year for non-degree, one to two years for master’s, and two years for doctoral degree studies." It will also provide round-trip international travel, monthly maintenance allowance, tuition and fees, book/supplies allowance, and health and accident insurance.
The program offers courses that study American culture, life, and society through fields that include government, education, arts and humanities, and law, among others. Additionally, there will be courses that relate to global issues as well, which consist of the study of the environment, human rights, governance and public administration, peace studies/conflict resolution/transformation, among others.
There's also an open grant for students for fields of study not covered by the above-mentioned, except medicine, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, clinical psychology, medical technology, and accountancy.
