Sex research company offers P1,000/hour to P165,000/month to watch porn

Heath Ledger's Joker once said, "If you're good at something, never do it for free." Well, what if you're good at pornography—from identifying porn stars by heart to mastering all the categories and sex positions to knowing the most obscure of triple X websites?

Lucky you, your COVID-19 pandemic hobby can be turned into profit. A sex research company in the United States is offering about $20 (over P1,000) per hour to $3,205 a month (over P165,000) with the major task of... drum roll... watching online porn videos. Win-win situation? The best of both worlds?

United States-based sex toy company BedBible has a job listing for the position of "Head of Porn Research."

The job? Gather information and data points on certain areas of focus, including sex positions, duration, number of orgasms, male vs. female ratio, hair color distribution, and language distribution.

BedBible said the data will be used to conduct an in-depth report about tendencies/statistics in porn videos. Definitely "FAP," or "for academic purposes," mind you.

"We are taking a deep-dive into the ins and outs of porn. And we need your help to do this!" the company said on its website.

Applicants, who must be aged 21 and up, don't have to worry wherever they are in the world, as the "dream role" is a "100% remote position."

"We’ll of course talk daily/weekly," BedBible said.

BedBible is also offering a job as a sex toy reviewer to United States residents aged 18 and up. While accepted applicants won't receive monetary compensation, the company said they can keep the sex toys "forever."

There are more requirements than that of a Head of Porn Research, and they include having genitals, enjoying having orgasms, being adventurous and willing to try something new and exciting, and being able to express opinions in words besides “oooooh” and “aaaaah.”
