Miss Earth 2023 to be held on Dec. 22 in Vietnam
Get ready because the much-anticipated pageant for Earth warriors is now ready to serve us beauty with a purpose.
On Instagram, Carousel Productions and TNA Entertainment announced the final details of the Miss Earth 2023 competition.
The pre-pageant events will take place from Nov. 28 to Dec. 21, while the coronation night will be held on Dec. 22 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, Ho Chi Minh City’s largest convention center in Vietnam.
It will be the second time that Vietnam will host the international pageant after its 2010 stint.
The prestigious competition will see Mina Sue Choi, who made history as the first beauty queen from South Korea to win the title, will be crowning her next successor.
The 23rd edition of the Miss Earth pageant is expected to welcome more than 80 contestants from across the planet to compete for the highly coveted international title.
Yllana Marie Aduana of Siniloan, Laguna will represent the Philippines on the international stage. The 25-year-old beauty queen is eyeing the country's fifth Miss Earth crown. Filipino-Canadian Karla Henry first won the crown for the Philippines in 2008, followed by Jamie Herell in 2014, Angelia Ong in 2015, and Karen Ibasco in 2017.
