LOOK: Duterte family, political allies come together for presidential grandson Rigo's wedding in Davao
It's a grand gathering of the Duterte family.
President Rodrigo Duterte, Davao City Mayor and VP candidate Sara Duterte-Carpio, and Vice Mayor Sebastian Duterte attended the wedding of presidential grandson Rodrigo II at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Davao on Feb. 27.
Named after his grandfather, Rigo is the 24-year-old son of Congressman Paolo Duterte with ex-wife Lovelie Sangkola. The young Duterte married his longtime girlfriend Yssa Labrador who he shares a two-year-old son with. Their, Rodrigo III or "Tres," child is also a namesake of the president.
Aside from Rigo, Paolo has two other children with Sangkola, Isabelle and Omar.
Duterte's political allies senators Bong Go and Bato Dela Rosa, as well as Sara and Sebastian's mother Elizabeth Zimmerman, were also present at the event.
According to the Philippine STAR, Duterte reportedly left after the ceremony as he was needed in Manila.
