Major outage hits Converge ICT affecting several areas in Luzon

Update: Internet service provider Converge ICT said in an advisory that the connectivity issue, which affected several areas in Luzon, has already been fully resolved at 2:40 p.m.

Outage has been reported by subscribers in the afternoon of Nov. 20, which started at 12:10 p.m. according to outage detector site, fing.com.

Affected areas included Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bulacan and Pampanga.

In an advisory, Converge ICT said they are already trying to resolve the issue.

“You may be experiencing connectivity issues as of 12:12pm, 20 November 2021. Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and restore your connection. A service ticket is not required,” Converge said.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
