Taylor Swift fan goes into labor during 'Eras Tour' concert in Ohio
A Taylor Swift fan, who was still a few weeks away from her due date, unexpectedly went into labor during the singer's Ohio concert and gave birth to her child a few hours later.
In an interview with WMTV, Tori Hedges said she still had a few weeks left of her pregnancy due date when she attended Swift’s Eras Tour concert at the Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati. But not even 20 minutes since the singer got off the stage, she felt the need to use the bathroom.
“When my friend realized what was happening, she started freaking out and grabbed whoever the first person she could find outside of the bathroom,” she said.

Another concertgoer and fellow Swiftie, Niko Lacobucci, happened to be in the area and called 911 for help.
“(Hedges' companion) came right up to me and said, ‘My friend’s water just broke,’” Lacobucci recalled, adding that he also called Hedges' husband to tell him about what happened.
An ambulance arrived at the scene shortly to take Hedges to the hospital, where she gave birth to a baby boy named “Lyle” a few hours later.
"I didn't even know her name. That's the funny part. I had to ask her her name in a text," Lacobucci said, adding that they have since become friends and are still in touch with each other.
"People say that I started my new era as being a mother, so leave the Eras Tour and go into my new one," Hedges said.
Swift announced The Eras Tour in November last year, describing it as a journey through the musical eras of her career thus far. The ongoing first leg will run from March 18 to Aug. 5 at stadiums across the United States. It's set to conclude in August 2024.
