Laufey is coming to Manila this September
Laufey is bringing her "Bewitched: The Goddess Tour" to Manila on September 2 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
On social media, the Icelandic-Chinese singer-songwriter, known for her jazz-pop songs like From The Start, announced that she is returning to Manila for her first arena headline.
She said: "MY FIRST ARENA HEADLINE IN MANILA. MAHAL KITA! (I'll also be seeing u at the symphony in May)"
Before coming to Manila, Laufey will be making stops in Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, and Taipei. She will also be visiting Singapore in the first week of September, with three more shows in Australia.
"I can’t wait for these shows," the musical sensation said in another post, adding that the presale tickets for her Australia tour will be available this Wednesday.
The tickets to the show are priced at P2,250 for General Admission, while the Upper Box section was divided into two: UB Regular (P3,250) and UB Premium (P4,250).
For a closer experience, you can choose between four choices in the Lower Box section: Lower Box B Regular (P6, 250), Lower Box B Premium (P6,750), Lower Box A Regular (P7,250), and Lower Box Premium (P7,750).
For those who want to avail of Patron tickets, they cost P8,250, while the VIP sections are priced between P8,750 for VIP Back and P9,250 for VIP Front.
There will be a presale of tickets on May 6 at 10 a.m. and May 7 at 9 a.m. The general on-sale of tickets will begin on May 7 at noon.
According to Live Nation, the concert is open to adults and minors 10 years old and above. Minors muust be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult in the same section.
This would be Laufey's third time to perform in the country. She previously visited in 2023 for her first-ever Asia tour at the Filinvest Tent in Muntinlupa City.
Prior to her concert this September, she will be in the Philippines on May 28 and May 29 to perform alongside the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra at the PICC Plenary Hall.
Laufey began as a finalist in the 2014 season of Iceland's Got Talent. She won her first Grammy in February for Best Traditional Pop Vocal for her album Bewitched.
