Tickets to Manila leg of floating book fair Doulos Hope are now available
Calling all bookworms! Are you ready to set sail for an epic reading adventure?
Tickets for the international floating book fair Doulos Hope have now been made available through their website. The ship will be docked at the 5th street, Port Area in Metro Manila from March 27 to April 14.
After this, the vessel will be stationed in Batangas City from April 16 to 28, although tickets for this are not yet available.
The floating book fair will welcome customers from Tuesdays to Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. From Fridays to Sundays, its doors will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are priced at P50 for adults while children aged 12 and below and senior citizens aged 60 and above are free of charge. The ticket, whether physical or e-copy, must be presented for admission on board.
Keep in mind that children must be accompanied by an adult and have their own ticket.
The Doulos Hope is touted as the "largest floating library in the world" and visits different ports around the world for several weeks, offering affordable literature that spans a diverse list of titles and genres.
