Mark Ruffalo, Russell Crowe tweet well wishes for Philippines amid Typhoon Rolly
At least two Hollywood celebrities have expressed support to Filipinos affected by Typhoon Rolly.
Even before Rolly hit the Philippines, Mark Ruffalo, best known for his role as the Hulk in The Avengers franchise, and Russell Crowe were quick to appeal for prayers.
Ruffalo reposted meteorologist Greg Diamond's tweet, which states that Rolly "will be the most powerful tropical cyclone on record to make landfall in world history," and said, "Praying for our brothers and sisters in the Philippines, then send donations."

Extraordinary wind speeds.
Hope that it doesn’t make land fall at that force.
Thinking of the people of The Phillipines and wishing for everybody’s safety.
As of this morning, over two million people across 12 regions have been affected by Typhoon Rolly.
