What are its features?
Limited-edition models often feature subtle tweaks and unique design elements that make them stand out from the regular Waterbury offerings, giving fans an even deeper connection to the brand's history.
For its dial details, the watch features a glossy ice-white dial that showcases the official 170th Anniversary Edition logo, elevated by 3D lacquered Roman numeral markers. It also has a glanceable day and date window.
The supple natural leather strap is in a rich shade of English Cordovan brown and features quick-release spring bars for effortless strap changes.
Lastly, it has an engraved case back enhanced with vertical brushing, which you can see as you flip the watch over.
Timex has released 1,000 limited-edition Waterbury watches worldwide to celebrate its "heritage of simply great watchmaking since 1854."
The release also honors the company's iconic Yankee dollar pocket watch, their first timepiece sold at one dollar and known as the "watch that made the dollar famous."
"These watches are expected to sell quickly; once they're gone, they're gone. Be sure to set your reminders and be one of the first to claim your piece of Timex history," Timex said.
