iKON is coming back to Manila for a concert
Prepare to squeal Filo iKONICs: South Korean boy band iKON is coming back to the Philippines to hold their much-awaited concert.
First announced on the group's official Twitter accoun last March, the Philippine leg of IKON's "TAKE OFF" world tour was initially set to make the hearts of Filo IKONICs swoon in June. However, local concert organizer Pulp Live announced on June 23 the final details of the event which is now set to take place in August.
"PH iKONIC, hope U ready? Ready!" Pulp Live captioned the post. "Fasten up and get set for 2023 iKON WORLD TOUR 'TAKE OFF' IN MANILA this August 5, 6PM at Aranet Coliseum!"
Tickets will go on sale on July 16 at 12 p.m. via TicketNet outlets and its website. Prices are as follow:
- Royalty A, B - P15,000
- VIP Standing A, B - P12,00
- VIP Seated - P12,000
- Regular Standing A, B - P10,500
- Lower Box A - P8,500
- Lower Box B - P6,500
- Upper Box A - P5,000
- Upper Box B - P3,500
IKONICs who would like to level up their concert experience can purchase the Royalty Package, which includes your choice of VIP Standing A or B ticket, soundcheck access, Hi-Bye session, a chance to be included in the photo op session (in a group of 10), raffle entry to a Polaroid photo signed by the group, official ID and lanyard, priority entrance, official poster, and souvenir show card.
You can also opt for the VIP Package which is inclusive of one VIP Standing A, B, or seated ticket, raffle entry to Hi-Bye session and signed poster, official ID and lanyard, offidial poster, and souvenir show card.
IKON's world tour comes ahead of member Bobby's debut solo single, which will release on March 21. The last time that the group visited the Philippines was during the 2022 K-pop Masterz Ep.2, where they drove the whole crowd crazy along with GOT7's Youngjae and ATEEZ.
This is the group's first concert tour under their new management, 143 Entertainment. The group was originally formed in 2015 by YG Entertainment and consisted of seven members, namely B.I., Jay, Song, Bobby, DK, Ju-ne and Chan, but B.I. eventually departed from the band back in 2019.
