Severe Tropical Storm Paeng (International name: Nalgae) has caused flash floods and landslides in the Philippines, leaving a number of people dead, injured, and missing.

Heavy rains started on Thursday, Oct. 27, which have since affected various Filipino families mostly on Mindanao island. Some residents have been forced to move to safer grounds as the storm continues to batter several areas of the country.

If you wish to extend a hand to our kababayans in need, check out this ongoing list of organizations and donation drives where you can offer help and assistance.
