With its commitment to promoting responsible gaming, DigiPlus Interactive, the parent company of BingoPlus, ensured that the winner was equipped with the right tools to manage their wealth. Before the awarding, she participated in a private financial coaching session with financial expert Armand Bengco.

The initiative is part of BingoPlus Foundation’s efforts to empower winners by giving them the capability to sustain and maximize their prizes.

Milestones and other efforts

During the press conference, Tsui discussed the company’s mission to create entertaining and affordable games for Filipinos. He also shared the plans of BingoPlus Foundation, which plays a big part in their societal initiatives.

“We committed to spend more than P100 million this year. We sponsor a few education scholarships and also have medical pillars,” Tsui shared.

They recently provided financial assistance worth P37 million to the typhoon victims.

“We are proud to be an entertainment provider that is able to give back to communities,” said Tsui.

The accessibility of such games has led to concerns regarding addiction. As a form of intervention, Tsui said that BingoPlus is setting up financial literacy and advocacy programs alongside other projects to help their players.

“We want everyone to enjoy the game [with] what they can afford to spend. We’re spending more resources [on] responsible gaming to make sure all players are fully aware of this,” he explained.

Tsui revealed some of the activities BingoPlus has prepared that their players can anticipate.

“We’ll continue to launch more new digital entertainment, whether it’s gaming or non-gaming. In fact, we have a new studio being built,” he said.

“We plan to launch more non-gaming entertainment. It could be like a sports news channel for the sports community, and more of these live streams which are well-loved by Filipinos.”

These things and more are on the BingoPlus roadmap for 2025. Filipinos definitely have a new digital entertainment platform to look forward to.
