Woman arrested for allegedly stabbing boyfriend's eye with rabies needle for looking at other women
A woman from Miami, Florida has been arrested after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend with rabies needles because he was “looking at other women.”
According to the police report obtained by local media FOX 35 Orlando, the 44-year-old suspect, named Sandra Jimenez, has been charged with aggravated battery following the alleged incident that occurred in her residence in Miami-Diade County on Saturday, Nov. 25.
Detailing the event, the report states that victim Miguel Tellez had a heated argument with Jimenez—his girlfriend for eight years—about "him looking at other women.”
As per the affidavit, the latter allegedly “jumped on her boyfriend” while he was lying on the couch and then proceeded to stab his right eyelid with two rabies needles which are supposedly for their dogs.
The victim called 911 to rush him to the hospital, where he was able to report the incident to the police officers. Jiminez, meanwhile, left their home when she "realized what she had done.” She was later found sleeping inside a vehicle parked outside the home and got arrested.
The police asked her about the incident, to which she said that the injuries were "self-inflicted."
Jimenez is currently being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $7,500 (over P400,000) bond.
