Bianca Valerio shared that a warrant of arrest has been issued for the man who sexually assaulted her in 2021.

The event host is offering a P500,000 reward for those who can help guarantee the arrest of a certain Gibson Arca.

"When I hosted that event in June 2021, not a single person—client, organizer, or guest—cared to warn me about Gibson's predatory behavior," she wrote.

"In three years since the incident[,] no one has ever helped me put him in jail. This is where I ask for your help to warn the world who Gibby Arca is."

Valerio also asked for help in spreading awareness about Arca's warrant of arrest.

"I shall reward half a million pesos to anyone who can guarantee his arrest (terms and conditions apply)," she continued, adding that information and tips may be sent to [email protected].

The poster shared by Valerio states that Arca, who also goes by Gibby Arca, Gibby Ang, and Jason Black, was previously arrested for drugs.

In March 2022, Valerio posted an Instagram video detailing her grueling experience.

“Last June 23, 2021, I was sexually assaulted by a male individual. He was one of the guests at an intimate private party I was hired to host for,” Valerio said, noting that the man wasn’t invited in the first place. “For exactly these same reasons, I am speaking up today.”

She added that Arca offered her illegal drugs during the party.

“I never asked you for anything that night. I never asked you to buy me a drink. I never asked you for wallet credits. I never asked you for a ride home. I never asked you for narcotics even if you and I [knew] all throughout that evening, again and again as you offered and you pushed. What did I say? ‘No, I'm OK',” she said.

“No means no. And no, it [does not] mean ‘please convince me.’ Because I was kind to you, you probably thought that it was OK to take advantage of me, to manipulate me, to isolate me, to physically hurt me, and to sexually assault me even if I kept begging you."

In an update posted earlier in March, the host showed a photo of her submitting her sworn statement before the police.
