UPCAT 2024 results are out

The results of the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) for Academic Year 2024–2025 are here.

The UPCAT 2024 results were released early Friday, April 19, UP student publication Tinig ng Plaridel announced in a social media post as it shared a link to the UPCAT portal.

Applicants should enter the email address and password they used during the application to log in.

UPCAT consists of four subtests: Language Proficiency, Science, Mathematics, and Reading Comprehension.

According to its website, the standardized scores on these subtests are combined with the weighted average of final grades in the first three years of high school to determine the applicant's eligibility.

UP's face-to-face entrance exams were previously canceled for two years in 2021 and 2022 due to the onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic until it resumed last year.

Before this, the institution admitted incoming college freshmen through its UPCA system, which ranked applicants based on their final grades in Grades 8 to 11.
