LOOK: Tracy Maureen Perez stuns in modern Filipiniana during closed-door interview for Miss World
Tracy Maureen Perez looked absolutely stunning in today's closed-door interview for the upcoming Miss World pageant.
The country’s bet to the prestigious tilt donned a modern Filipiniana designed by Mark Francis Pacion. “The Filipiniana gets an update as a corset top with butterfly sleeves featuring Capiz fringe fused with chic pants in a jewel green tone of mikado silk. Lace patterns in swirling patterns in ecru and green encrusted with crystals hug the bodice highlighting the cinched waist and figure,” Tracy wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.
“The pinya Jusi, as the bed of this wonderful art, is paired by Calado Fabric that project elegance beyond compare. Finishing the aristocratic ensemble is a hand-made pouch which completes this Modern-Filipiniana set,” the beauty queen added.
Perez, who was named Miss World Philippines 2021 in October, found the closed-door interview “very light and fun.”
“Of course, they recognized the Philippines even from a good distance just by the look and sound of our modern Filipiniana,” she said.
The beauty queen also expressed her excitement for the coronation night slated for Thursday, Mar. 17. “I just can’t wait for the world to see the grand finale, it’s gonna be amazing.”
