PH bet Ingrid Santamaria stuns in 'Minokawa' national costume for Reina Hispanoamericana 2022
Philippine bet Ingrid Santamaria has unveiled her national costume for Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 finals.
In a dramatic narration, Ingrid transformed into the Minokawa, a dragon-like bird from the Philippine fantasy television series, Encantadia.
Introduced as a pure, kind lady, Ingrid looked innocent in her white, off-shoulder tulle dress, with her long-brown hair where she looked simply ethereal.
The beauty queen changed into her costume that was designed with "armor covered in gold dragon scales" and "majestic wings” that symbolize “a ray of hope in every human being."
Ingrid is vying to be the country’s second Reina Hispanoamericana Queen, following Winwyn Marquez who won the title in 2017.
In 2021, PH bet Emmanuelle Vera placed as 3rd runner-up in the event, she is also one of the candidates for this year’s Miss Universe Philippines.
The Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 coronation night will be on March 26 (Philippine time) after being postponed last year due to “political and civil unrest” in Bolivia, the pageant’s host country.
The winner will be crowned by reigning queen Andrea Bazarte of Mexico.
