Fenty Beauty’s latest collaboration lets you take a guess which one's ketchup or makeup
Want to add some twists to your makeup routine? With Fenty’s latest drop, you’ll be wondering which packet contains the lip gloss.
Fenty Beauty's new product, released Aug. 23, is a kooky collaboration with art collective MSCHF and is aptly called MSCHF x Fenty Beauty Ketchup Or Makeup set. It is consists of six identical packets that resemble tomato ketchup sachets one would usually get for free from fast food chains.
All six pouches are printed with the words "Ketchup or Makeup" in a font similar to that of Kraft's Heinz ketchup and enclosed in a shape similar to that of the famous condiment too.
The real fun starts in discovering which sachet contains Fenty Beauty's Gloss Bomb lip gloss in cherry hue and which ones simply contain ketchup. The Rihanna-owned cosmetics brand notes, though, that the set is not recommended for ingestion but for external use only.
Sold at $25 (P1,400), the lip gloss set can be bought from the collaboration’s official website or at its pop-up shop in New York.
This isn’t the first time that MSCHF teamed up with a brand to create quirky products. The NY-based art collective has previously worked with Lil Nas X to design a pair of Satan Shoes which reportedly contained a drop of human blood.
MSCHF also released a collection of Eat the Rich Popsicles which features ice cream popsicles resembling multi-billionaire personalities such as Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Bill Gates.
