Jennie Kim tries her hand at becoming a fashion editor at ‘Vogue Korea’
Jennie Kim's lifelong dream of becoming a magazine editor has finally been achieved, thanks to Vogue Korea.
Early today, Vogue Korea released an editorial titled Jennie debuted as a fashion editor for <Vogue> on their website showcasing a series of edgy, romantic photos of the BLACKPINK member in nothing but Chanel pieces.
As it turns out, not only did Jennie plan the fashion and beauty looks, but she also acted as a contributing editor who decided on the overall concept for the shoot.
"Jennie has taken photoshoots as a model, but this is the first time she has participated in photo shoots as a planner, deciding on her own concept and deciding on hair and makeup drafts, including styling," said the publication.
One fan even unearthed a clip of Jennie answering a Q&A with other BLACKPINK members in 2018. When asked what occupation she would be in if she wasn’t a K-pop idol, the rapper said, "Magazine editor or fashion designer." And now, it's all happening.
