Heart Evangelista launches her own 'attainable luxury' wellness and beauty brand

Heart Evangelista has a new wellness and beauty venture, and the inspiration behind the brand started with the people from Twitter.

“Aside from my experiences I feel like Twitter also played a huge part. Kasi maraming nagtatanong ‘Ano bang tubig iniinom nya? Ano bang kinakain nya? Or anong amoy nya?’” the actress shared during the press launch.

“So parang inisip ko ‘You know, there are so many people that are wondering kung anong mga ginagawa ko despite being haggard, stressed kasi parang nakikita lang nila sa Instagram is about living luxe, naka dress, living the life. Hindi nila alam na sobrang grabe yung trinatrabaho namin to be that way or to look that way or to still be very healthy.’”

Now the actress turned businesswoman, together with her sister Camille Ongpauco, is officially joining the celebrity wellness space with the launch of her new company, Pure Living.

Pure Living is the newest brand that promotes beauty and wellness in everyday living. It offers premium and quality products from their brands Luxelle, Vitasense, and Ultima at attainable prices. It’s also a direct-selling platform where members can earn from home as well as enjoy discounts, rewards and incentives on products.

First under its belt is Luxelle, a premium skincare line that carries a wide variety of skincare products and beauty devices that are affordable.

"Since we were young, my sister and I we were always exposed to skincare, which is why it's the it's quite natural that we wanted to venture into something like this and she's also into a lot of skincare products I’m into the machines, because our mom really made sure that she instilled all of these things in your mind,” shares Evangelista.

Meanwhile, Vitasense “elevates clean living for everyone”—starting with your water. The actress believes that healthy living starts with clean and quality water.

“It's something na hindi natin alam na kailangan pala natin,” said Evangelista.

This brand prides itself on its Neo shower heads, vitamin-infused filters, aroma-infused cartridges; and Prima home filtering products—all of which are made in Korea, and endorsed by K-drama superstar Ji Chang Wook.

And finally, Ultima features a selection of diffusers and scented oils that will help in “bringing wellness and enhancing your well-being.” Some of its products include the Ultima's Dual Nozzle Aroma Diffuser, single scented oils, and aroma blend scented oils.

But for Evangelista, the most important thing was to create products that are for everyone, for every budget.

“Madami sa Twitter ‘Ay ganda pero di ko afford yan.’ Ayoko na makarinig ng ganon kasi parang wrong. So gusto ko sila din ma-experience nila yung lifestyle of, you know, living luxe.”

She added that she wants to help people, not just her fans, to “improve their life, their lifestyle,” while having the chance to start and grow their business.

“It's all about empowerment and really self care,” Evangelista noted.
