Miss Universe Philippines' Steffi Aberasturi is making rounds on the Internet as 'Catriona-look-alike'
Seeing double? Some say yes, Miss Cebu Province Steffi Rose Aberasturi looks a little like Catriona Gray.
Before joining MUPh 2021, Aberasturi has already set her name in stone of the pageantry world as she won multiple crowns—including Binibining Cebu in 2018. But more than her impressive pageant experience, she exudes confidence, intellect, finesse, and charisma like a real frontrunner.
Gray was crowned Miss Universe in 2018 with her exceptional winning answer. After her remarkable reign ended, she has focused on transforming herself into a compassionate and multi-talented individual as she continued modeling, and even tried hosting and music recording.
While they are two very different individuals, netizens couldn’t help but find striking similarities between the two queens. Some people are saying that Miss Cebu looks like Gray.

While for some, Steffi Aberasturi is a hybrid mix of Catriona Gray plus different famous personalities like Heart Evangelista, Anne Curtis, and Kris Tiffany Janson, former Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental 2014.
And because of these comparisons, people can’t help but ask whether Steffi Aberasturi would be the next Miss Universe following Catriona Gray’s 2018 stint. But we’ve yet to see our queen, Catriona Gray’s reaction to these!

Their comparison became a revelation that mostly revolved around them being described as “twins,” as one netizen on Facebook pointed out. While another netizen pointed out that their “face profile it seems alike.” And some, take this similarity as a sign to ask if “Is this a premonition?” that Steffi might be the next Miss Universe after our queen, Catriona Gray.

Aberasturi has placed her name on the map of frontrunning delegates with her powerful walk at CCLEX where she placed 1st in the runway challenge. Other challenges where she also previously placed were the Casting Video challenge at 3rd spot, where she was able to show her softer side, the Headshot Challenge in which she came in 4th in serving some fresh but fierce look, and Video Introduction challenge where she also came 4th. This just proves how much of a contender Miss Cebu Pr. really is throughout the challenges.
Whether or not Steffi Aberasturi looks like Catriona Gray, many people still placed their bets on her that she could make it as she vies for the title, Miss Universe Philippines 2021. With her bold attitude, queenly behavior, and unique personality, the possibilities are endless.
