Emily Ratajkowski named new face of Patton

From being a model to a mother, Emily Ratajkowski has added another role to her name as she became the newest ambassador of fashion brand Patton. 

Being in the modeling industry since age 14, the 32-year-old supermodel has since spread her wings she has become an actress, entrepreneur, activist, and now a New York Times best-selling author for her book My Body and essay Buying Myself Back. 

She also had a podcast in 2023 dubbed High Low with EmRata, where she tackled pop culture, feminism, politics, philosophy, and other relevant issues in today’s time. 

Above all her professional endeavors, Emily is also a mom to her three-year-old son, Sly, who she shares with her ex-husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard.

Since balancing such roles is a challenge, she admitted that she’s “still trying to figure things out.”  

“I really try to pay attention to what's important to me and what I'm valuing in a given day, so if I have the ability to spend a lot of time with my son recently I feel a little bit okay taking some time for myself to write or to work so it's just a day-to-day balancing act,” she explained in her exclusive interview with the brand.

Taking inspiration from the versatile earthly hues of Patton’s collection, Emily says finding the balance in things has helped her play her roles better as a mom and a career woman.

“Being a mom throughout history has made women have to be very versatile. I think that now I have a career, I also have my personal relationships and the life I've built for myself in New York City and around the world, the relationships that I have and I think having that kind of balance with all of it is very important,” the Gone Girl actress said. 

 Being in the industry for years, the model-author stressed that fashion plays a huge role in her lifestyle. “The way I get dressed in the morning can make a huge difference in the kind of role that I will be playing that day and who I want to be. I feel like living in New York City, everything that I wear just feels like I'm putting out the kind of person that I want to be and manifesting it through the way I get dressed,” she explained.
