ESME PALAGANAS, The Philippine STAR

Esme Palaganas is the co-founder of PHx Fashion Group, a innovation strategy consultant for enterprises and government projects, and an adjunct professor at design schools and business universities in the Philippines. She is a council member of the Fashion Design Council of the Philippines, the youngest founding Board of Advisors member at the Philippine Fashion Coalition, and led the Policy and Planning committee as its Chairman, working with various groups and sectors. Palaganas is a Chevening Scholar on Innovation and Creativity, an ASEAN member of the UNCTAD eTrade for Women, an External Board Advisor at London’s Centre of Creativity in Professional Practice, and a fellow at the Salzburg Global Seminar on Art, AI, and Governance.
