Sofia Andres tells why being a young mom gave her a 'deep sense of purpose'

Sofia Andres has been living her responsibilities as a mom, with “love and a deep sense of purpose."

In her recent Instagram post on Monday, Sept.11, the 25-year-old star shared a photo of her face with a pink paper cup on her head. According to the actress, the photo, which was shot at a worm's eye view, does not show her "best angle."

Sofia later proceeds to explain that, just like the photo, love is not always picture-perfect. Her pregnancy with her firstborn Zoe, for one, took her by surprise, but she never regrets the things she discovered along the way.

"I just wanna let u know that love is often portrayed as a fairytale, with perfect moments and flawless relationships. but in reality, love is not meant to be perfect. it’s messy, challenging, and filled with ups and downs," the celebrity mom began her post.

"It took me by surprise when I became pregnant at a young age, but I will never regret the moment I discovered I was going to be a mom."

The Iron Heart star shared how overwhelming it gets at times to be a partner and a mom simultaneously because of the sacrifices she has to endure. However, she made sure to counter them with her family's support and the essence of being together with them.

"Becoming a parent brought a sense of responsibility that I never anticipated. it’s a role that requires endless strength and dedication. but it's also a role that brings immense joy and fulfillment," she continued.

"Being a partner and a mom simultaneously can be overwhelming at times. It requires balance, sacrifice, and learning how to navigate the different roles we play in our loved ones' lives. but through it all, I've come to understand that love is not about perfection .. It's about being there for one another, supporting each other, and cherishing the imperfect moments that make our relationships real."
