Sharon Cuneta shares throwback video of KC Concepcion: 'It’s the first time since you were born that we aren’t together at Christmas'
Sharon Cuneta shared a throwback video of KC Concepcion, saying that she couldn’t help but cry as her daughter won't be spending Christmas with her for the first time.
In the video posted on Instagram on Dec. 24, KC sits on the Megastar's lap while Sharon holds a microphone and reads letters. KC places her head on Sharon’s chest.
“Goodnight my baby. I really miss you,” Sharon wrote in the caption of her post. “It’s the first time since you were born that we aren’t together at Christmas & I couldn’t help crying over dinner.”
“Thinking of you…Take good care and enjoy yourself okay? I love you so much. Always, Mama,” she added.
A few hours before that, Sharon shared a photo showing her son Miguel and an empty seat, supposedly for KC.
“One seat empty but place still set. I miss you, KC,” she said. “Have fun with your Papa. I love you. Merry Christmas baby.”
Earlier this month, Sharon bared KC's plan to spend Christmas with Gabby Concepcion as they "never had a Christmas together." She said, "He is making up for the lost time with her and it’s a good thing."
Gabby and Sharon tied the knot in 1984. They welcomed KC a year later but got legally separated in 1987. Their marriage was annulled in 1993.
Sharon found new love in former senator Kiko Pangilinan, whom she met at her brother’s wedding in 1994. They went on a series of dates together and got married in 1996.
Gabby, meanwhile, is now with actress Genevieve Gonzales.
Last October, Gabby and Sharon reunited for Dear Heart, a show that celebrated their first appearance in the movie of the same title and their love story. KC appeared with them on stage.
