GALLERY: Top 18 candidates stun in their evening gowns during the 2023 Miss Universe Philippines coronation night
The top 18 Miss Universe Philippines 2023 candidates showed off their charisma and elegance by wearing their beautifully made gowns at the finals night.
After the unexpected twist of events, where the show experienced technical difficulties, the remaining ladies from the top 18 joined the 10 finalists in the evening gown competition, giving them a second chance to be part of the competition.
The coronation night held on May 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena was made even more special featuring the performances of American Idol alumna Jessica Sanchez.
The prestigious pageant was graced by Miss Universe owner Anne Jakjutatip, President Paula Shugart. and Miss Universe 1973 Margie Moran.
The arena was also filled with beauty queens in this year’s pageant, including Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel, Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi, Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Bea Gomez, and more.
