Paulina Sotto starts 'new life chapter' as a single mom: 'Now onto better things'
Vic Sotto’s daughter Paulina seemingly confirmed her separation from her husband, Jed Llanes, as she talked about entering a "new chapter of her life as a single mom."
The visual artist took to Instagram on Wednesday, July 17 to share her latest life update.
“Navigating a new life chapter as a single mom. It’s been a crazy last few weeks with lots of ups and downs, but life goes on,” she captioned her post, sharing her photo carrying her daughter, Sachi seemingly inside a museum.
“Thankful for what the past 10 years have given me—my beautiful daughter. Now on to better things,” she added.
Her followers poured messages of support and comfort in the post’s comments section. Vic’s wife, Pauline Luna also liked the post.
“[S]o sad..but life has to go on.. embrace your new world as a single, beautiful and loving mom to [S]achi!” an Instagram user commented.
“YES SUPER MOM!!!!” another one wrote.
Another one also commented, “Sending you love and sincere prayers for strength, Paulina. You got this! Sachi is blessed to have you.”
Paulina married Jed on New Year’s Day in 2017 after three years of dating. Among those present at the wedding are her siblings, Danica Sotto-Pingris, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, and cousins Lala Sotto and Gian Sotto. They welcomed their daughter in 2020.
The visual artist is Vic's daughter with Angela Luz, his co-star in Okay Ka, Fairy Ko.
