Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin's penthouse unit worth P293.6 million is for sale

Couple Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin's penthouse is on the market.

According to reports, the Crash Landing On You stars' home in Walkerhill Podovilel in the exclusive Achiul Village in Guri is being sold for $5 million (P293 million). It is said to be their home after they got married in 2022.

Soompi reported that the home was purchased in 2020 for KRW 4.8 billion (P204.8 million). Now, the unit is worth around KRW 7 billion (P298.6 million). 

Inspired by late Dutch artist Mondrian's painting, "Composition," the exclusive four-story building houses just seven residences, including actress Oh Yeon-seo, who reportedly lives directly below Hyun Bin. It is located in one of the most exclusive areas outside Seoul, Achiul Village, which is also a favorite among celebrities for its "nature-friendly yet close-to-Seoul location."

Boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and a blend of elegant furnishings with modern features, this home exudes luxury.

The master suite has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, while the private rooftop garden in the penthouse unit offers the perfect space for entertaining.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, who both starred in Crash Landing On You, confirmed their relationship in 2021. They tied the knot in March 2022 with an intimate wedding amongst family and friends. They welcomed their baby in November of the same year.
