Daniel Padilla posts birthday greeting for ex Kathryn Bernardo
Daniel Padilla made sure to remember his ex Kathryn Bernardo on her 28th birthday.
On his Instagram story on March 26, the 2 Good 2 Be True actor posted what appeared to be a highly pixelated image of him and Kathryn Bernardo at exactly midnight.
In the photo, he included a sunflower emoji and Japanese text that translates to, “Happy Birthday to you.”

After announcing the end of their 11-year romance on Nov. 30, 2023, the two have been spotted together in various events, including the ABS-CBN Christmas Special and Asia Artist Awards last year as well as Robi Domingo and Maiqui Pineda’s wedding earlier this month.
They were also present at Ria-Zanjoe Marudo’s civil wedding on March 23.
During his contract signing with ABS-CBN, Padilla shared that one of the things he would do after his split with his longtime girlfriend is to focus on his family and career. Despite this, he expressed gratitude to Bernardo for their over a decade of adventures and journeys as a reel and real-life couple.
“Siyempre, di ko pwedeng kalimutan si Kathryn,” he said. “Maraming taon na pinagsamahan. You know, hinding-hindi mawawala sa puso ko ang mga magaganda nating memories at ating mga adventures at journeys na pinagsamahan. Thank you very much.”
