‘All of Us Are Dead’ actor Yoon Chanyoung in quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19
Sad news for Cheongsan simps.
All of Us Are Dead star Yoon Chanyoung has tested positive for COVID-19 although he’s not experiencing any symptoms, as confirmed by his entertainment agency Snowball Entertainment.
“Yoon Chanyoung’s PCR test results came back positive for COVID-19. [He] previously received two doses of the vaccine, and he currently does not have any symptoms,” Snowball Entertainment’s statement read.
Chanyoung was supposed to guest on the Korean variety show Knowing Bros with his All of Us Are Dead co-stars Park Jihu (Nam Onjo), Lim Jaehyuk (Yang Daesu), Ha Seungri (Jang Hari), and Lee Eunsaem (Park Mijin).
However, Chanyoung tested positive for COVID-19 using a self-test kit ahead of filming for Knowing Bros on Thursday, Feb. 24.
Snow Ball Entertainment announced that Chanyoung’s RT-PCR test results have also come back positive on Friday, Feb. 25.
The rising star is currently in quarantine in accordance with South Korea’s COVID-19 guidelines. His activities have also been suspended as he recovers from the virus.
Filming for Knowing Bros has also been canceled, as of this writing.
Chanyoung recently filmed an episode of the variety show The Sixth Sense as a guest, where cast members Jessi, Mijoo, and Lee Yangseob tested positive for COVID-19.
The actor was confirmed to star in the teenage noir K-drama Juvenile Delinquency which is set to air on March 25.
