Iya Villania, Drew Arellano expecting fifth baby

Ladies and gentlemen, it's baby number 5 for Iya Villania and Drew Arellano!

The celebrity couple announced the happy news on social media via a funny video with the whole family, showing their four children counting to 5 and the sonogram of the baby's hand, all to the tune of Mambo No. 5.

Friends flooded the comments section with witty congratulations.

"Ayun na ang announcement! Ginagalingan nyo talaga sa baby making department e," wrote musician Hannah Romawac-Olives.

"I won’t say I told you so," Samantha Valenciano said.

Both Bianca Gonzalez and Karel Marquez made a lighthearted reference to a basketball team. Bianca wrote, "Iba!!!! Basketball team na!!!! Congratulations Team A!!!" 

Yasmin Kurdi also wrote: "Haaaalllaaaaaaaaa Congratulations guys! Di ko inexpect yun hahahah."

Iya and Drew tied the knot in 2014 and have since welcomed four children: Primo, born in 2016; Leon, born in 2018; Alana, born in 2020; and Astro born in 2022.

In a 2023 interview, Drew revealed that his youngest son, Astro, had ignited his desire for another child.

"Astro is the one who makes me want to have another child. When he smiles, oh, my heart is like melting. Kasalanan ni Astro kung bakit ako nagka-baby fever," he said, while also acknowledging their vasectomy plans.
