BIGBANG's Taeyang to hold first solo concert after 7 years
BIGBANG's Taeyang is finally returning to the concert stage as a solo artist!
In a social media post, THEBLACKLABEL announced that the K-pop idol will hold his first solo concert after seven years. Dubbed TAEYANG 2024 TOUR THE LIGHT YEAR, the upcoming show will take place on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 at the Olympic Hall in Seoul, South Korea.

Ticket prices cost between 132,000 won (P5,569.93) to 220,000 won (P9,283.22).
General ticket reservations will open on the Interpark website at 12 p.m. (Korea time) on July 17.
According to K-entertainment site Soompi, plans for an Asia tour are also "underway."
Taeyang released his second EP, Down to Earth, in 2023. It features hit singles such as VIBE featuring BTS Jimin, Shoong!, and Seed.
In 2006, he debuted as a member of the South Korean boy band, BIGBANG. Two years later, Taeyang pursued a solo career with his first EP, Hot, followed by his first full-length studio album, Solar, in 2010.
