LOOK: Sarah Lahbati spends Christmas with her children and family
Sarah Lahbati had a love-filled Christmas with her children Zion and Kai as well as her family.
The actress shared a glimpse of their holiday celebration in an Instagram carousel on Monday, Dec. 25 with praying and heart exclamation emojis in the caption.
Her mom Esther also expressed her love for them in the comments section of her post. "Love you so much guys," she wrote.
Earlier this month, the local star said she'll make it a point that they were going to have a good Christmas amid the split speculations with Richard, which started when eagle-eyed social media users noticed that they haven't been sharing photos of them online and have been spending time with their kids separately.
"If you want to be able to take care of your kids the best way you can, you have to take care of yourself the best way you can also," she explained as she talked about the importance of self-love in an interview with entertainment reporter MJ Marfori. "Even if I’m working, I’m still gonna be very hands-on with the kids and make sure we have good Christmas."
Sarah and Richard were last spotted together at Maja and Rambo Nuñez's wedding in Bali, Indonesia, but Richard was nowhere to be seen at Sarah's 30th birthday celebration last Oct. 9 in Siargao. Richard also went solo at the previous ABS-CBN Ball and the Opulence Halloween Ball this year.
In early December, her mother-in-law Annabelle Rama revealed that Richard has been staying with her for a month now. At the time, she also said that they were going to spend the holidays in Japan. "Lahat kami pupunta ng Japan. Christmas hanggang Jan. 3. Sama-sama buong pamilya ko, minus one lang."
While she shared that she hasn't found the time to talk to Sarah, Annabelle addressed blind items seemingly pertaining to her daughter-in-law, saying that Richard has been busy working, while the former has only been busy "wasting money." The couple has yet to address the matter directly.
Richard and Sarah tied the knot in 2020 after dating for eight years. Their children are living with Richard at the moment, according to Annabelle.
