Beyoncé performs 'Cowboy Carter' songs in Christmas NFL halftime show with appearances from Post Malone, Blue Ivy

Beyoncé sang some hits from her Cowboy Carter album during her NFL halftime performance, where she also brought Post Malone, Shaboozey, and her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter on stage.

The singer, hailed as the greatest pop star of the 21st century by Billboard, gave BeyHive and football fans a Christmas treat as she delivered a nearly 13-minute extravaganza at the NRG Stadium in her hometown in Houston, Texas. 

Beyoncé entered the stadium in a fur white coat while singing 16 Carriages. After getting off a white horse, she was joined by singers Tanner Adell, Tiera Kennedy, Reyna Roberts, and Brittney Spencer as they performed Blackbiird

Finally transitioning to a live set on the field, the 43-year-old pop star delivered an energetic performance of Ya Ya. American singer Shaboozey also entered the stage for Sweet Honey Buckiin’

Post Malone was also present to sing Levii’s Jeans with Beyonce at the latter point of the show. Also taking the spotlight was her daughter, Blue Ivy, who was among the dancers during her My House performance. 

Beyoncé then paraded the field while she sang Jolene accompanied by a marching band.

“I’m so honored to be in Texas right now. It’s only right that we do Texas Hold ‘Em for the first time in Houston, Texas on Christmas. Y’all help me sing!” she addressed the crowd before performing the song that featured line dancing.  

She wrapped up her performance by being lifted into the platform with a banner that read, “Bang!” 

“Merry Christmas, God bless y’all, thank you so much,” she concluded. 

This year’s Christmas NFL saw the games between Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans as well as Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers.
