Hilary Duff welcomes 4th baby via water birth
Hilary Duff has given birth to her fourth child.
The actress recently introduced her newborn named Townes Meadow Bair in an Instagram post, sharing some adorable photos of her. "Now we know why she made us wait so long. She was perfecting those cheeks!" she wrote in the caption.
"I have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past five days of getting to know you, staring at you, and smelling you has been pure moments of magic. We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty," she continued.
Hilary gave birth to her little ray of sunshine on May 3 via water birth. According to health website WebMD, it means "at least part of your labor, delivery, or both happen while you’re in a birth pool filled with warm water." It can be done in a hospital, a birthing center, or at home with the help of a doctor, nurse-midwife, or midwife.
Townes is her third child with Matthew Koma, with whom she tied the knot in 2019 after an on-and-off romance. They share two kids: 5-year-old Banks and 2-year-old Mae.
The Lizzie McGuire alum was previously married to Mike Comrie from 2010 to 2016. They welcomed a child named Luca in 2012.
