Cosmetics brand Dazzle Me announced that it is ending its partnership with Maris Racal.

The company released a statement on Instagram on Dec. 5 about its decision.

"After thoughtful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to end our partnership with Maris Racal. Working with her has been an amazing journey—her energy, humor, and authenticity resonated deeply with our vision of a bold and inspiring Gen Z icon," it stated. "However, we determined that moving in a different direction is necessary to remain consistent with the principles that guide our brand."

Their announcement comes a day after Anthony Jennings' ex-girlfriend exposed the actor's alleged conversations with Racal while they were still together.

In a series of Instagram stories, the Can't Buy Me Love actor's former partner of seven years Jam Villanueva shared screenshots of alleged affectionate chats between Jennings and Racal, which implied that the love team had an intimate affair off-screen.

"As we move forward, may we also take this moment to advocate for kindness and empathy within the online space. Dazzle Me remains dedicated in encouraging everyone to make choices rooted in chosen values and principles," the brand ended.

Earlier in September, Racal was announced as the first brand ambassador of Dazzle Me Philippines.

Jennings and Racal became on-screen partners in the 2023 romance series Can't Buy Me Love, where they played Snoop and Irene, respectively. They are set to star in the upcoming series, Incognito, and Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry, And The Bread Winner Is... starring Vice Ganda.
